Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
