Vintage 1960s Lightweight Cotton Japanese Style Army Work Chore Pants 

Rare true vintage Japanese style chore trousers stamped from the 1950s-1970s. Stamping shows the three crowns of Sweden emblem suggesting they were used in the Swedish military.

These are a lightweight trouser, originally worn as an over-trouser in cold weather snowy conditions. For this reason the fabric is thin and breathable.

- Made from a tough but lightweight cotton canvas
- Adjustable drawstring tie inside waistband (tie fabric may vary between string and cord)
- Buttoned ankle hems
- Straight leg cut
- Do not have pockets
- Stamps may vary or be absent from some pairs due to vintage nature of batch

SIZING
Approximate measurements:

  • One size fits all - up to waist 48"
  • Hips 58"-60"
  • Leg length inseam approx 30"
  • Leg opening 11-12"


Fabric:
Tough cotton canvas. Over-dyed to various colours.

String tie at ankle - thicker cotton

Button at ankle - lightweight cotton

GRADE 1/GRADE A
Very good condition with the occasional light marks or repairs.

GRADE 2/GRADE B
No structural damage but will have larger repairs and/or marks
